Maybe it's you (no offense, seriously) because Cali is crawling with ballers but you have to have a certain look. I was in high school already being financially taken care of and no man ever looked at me to pay for a damn thing. It really depends on where you are in cali, your look, your demeanor, and where you hang out. If you're in inglewood thinking you're about to come up on a baller, you need to start frequenting west and north Hollywood instead... Hang around cedars-sinai, lots of rich doctors looking for a nice young woman to take their mind off work and lots of nice lawyers hang in those areas too... Frequent the grove and beverly center if you're the type that likes celebrity attention. Also, don't close yourself off to other races or scenarios because 95 percent of the men in that area are NOT black and most of them are very married.
